Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience in operating forklift while loading or unloading freight
  • Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication
  • Experience in SAP, MS Word, Excel
  • Able to work in a team to deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
  • Able to work shift based pattern from 4 pm to 4 am with variable call scheduled at least once a month

Responsibilities

  • Receiving inbound material from outside suppliers and other Baker Hughes plants and field locations
  • Stocking received material, as well as completed products and assemblies from in-house production
  • Picking materials, components and end products and delivering them to Production or shipping
  • Performing cycle counts
  • Preparing component kits for production, fills orders and supplier subcontract parts
  • Optimizing workflow, warehouse/yard layout efficiency and collaborate with other departments as required to ensure on time delivery and shipments
  • Achieving and maintaining Competency Assessments as required and other warehouse and yard duties/projects as assigned
  • Performing physical inventory and asset verification (CC/API)
  • Performing data entry into respective systems timely & accurately
  • Complying to HSE and Quality policy for your assigned site and diligently participate in HSE programs as assigned
  • Delivering as outlined in local service level agreement
