  • Ability to work scheduled shift (2nd shift 1p-9:30p), overtime, weekends, and/or flexible hours as needed
  • Initiative and accountability for the quality and effectiveness of own work
  • Ability to climb, bend, and lift up to 60 lbs
  • Maintain and adhere to all GMP and safety requirements
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Become certified to operate Powered Industrial Equipment (Forklift License)
  • Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Operate a forklift efficiently and safely in daily tasks
  • Load and unload material; stage and distribute materials in the work area
  • Perform cycle counting of raw and finished materials
  • Display thorough knowledge of warehouse processes including production put-away and shipping
  • Participate in process improvement geared toward resolving and sustaining solutions in areas identified as deficient or inefficient
  • Serve as the final quality control associate for finished products
  • Handle shipping/tygard operations and provide additional assistance in other areas of the warehouse as needed
  • Other duties as assigned (e.g., backup for other positions in the department)
