Requirements

  • Proficiency in ensuring accuracy of receiving documents and matching counts to BOL and purchase orders
  • Skill in resolving discrepancies in receiving documents
  • Ability to notify receiving issues to WTM III
  • Capability to convey components from storage racks to staging areas using material handling equipment
  • Proficiency in using work order pick tickets to retrieve components from correct locations
  • Ability to verify part number, lot number, and expiration date against pick tickets
  • Skill in weighing or counting components to match pick ticket quantities
  • Ability to sign and date pick tickets after completion
  • Proficiency in performing pick confirmations and inventory movements
  • Capability to perform cycle counts
  • Ability to convey confirmed cases to sterilization staging area and accumulate/top off pallets to proper height
  • Skill in shrink wrapping skids, removing confirmation sheets, and denoting pallet details
  • Ability to convey R-REC & 902 products to warehouse locations and complete material transfer sheets
  • Proficiency in performing daily material handling equipment inspections, battery changes/charges
  • Ability to perform WTM I duties as needed
  • Capability to maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
  • Familiarity with equipment: material handling equipment (hand truck, forklift/reach trucks, cherry pickers), stretch wrap machines, safety knives, safety harnesses, printers, RF scanners, computers, digital scales
  • OSHA approved protective footwear

Responsibilities

  • Places safety first, follows all procedures and policies, self-corrects issues or reports to management
  • Ensures accuracy of all receiving documents
  • Assures receiving counts match BOL and purchase order documents and assists in resolving discrepancies
  • Notifies receiving issues pertaining to packing list/BOL and product issues to WTM III
  • Conveys components from storage racks to staging areas or designated areas for accumulation/debox
  • Uses work order pick ticket to retrieve components from correct warehouse locations
  • Verifies correct part number, lot number, and expiration date of components match pick ticket
  • Weighs or counts components to ensure quantities match pick ticket
  • Signs and dates each pick ticket after completion
  • Performs pick confirmations and inventory movements
  • Performs cycle counts when required
  • Conveys confirmed cases from production to sterilization staging area
  • Accumulates and tops off pallets to proper height for sterilization, shrink wraps each skid, removes confirmation sheet, and denotes pallet number/PO
  • Conveys internal and external R-REC & 902 products to empty warehouse locations, completes material transfer sheet, and turns into WTM III
  • Performs daily material handling equipment inspection and changes/charges battery as needed
  • Performs WTM I duties as business needs dictate
  • Performs additional duties as directed
  • Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area
