Requirements

  • Ability to supervise warehouse operations and lead staff
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Understanding of EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) compliance requirements
  • Capability to handle internal and external warehouse audits
  • Coordination skills with departments like CS&L, QA, Customs Broker, and local distributors
  • Familiarity with SOPs/WIs/Annexes and inventory accuracy procedures

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all activities and performance related to redressing importer stamp/label of products at the warehouse, including checking and receipt of importer stamp/label materials
  • Manage dispatching to redressing line, control stock, and supervise redressing importer stamp/label procedures
  • Control quality of importer stamp/label products, including actual quality used, damage quality, and remaining quality after process
  • Control damaged products during redressing process and move them to the correct storage location
  • Control information and data about redressing activities (BRR) and inform Quality for next steps
  • Supervise vendor services for redressing stickers, picking, checking, packing, zoning, and dispatching stocks to assigned areas
  • Monitor activities of 3rd parties, including putting labels/stickers, exchanging leaflets, pest control, and cleaning
  • Suggest enhancements to Line Manager for improvements or revisions in WMS
  • Coordinate with CS&L, QA, Customs Broker for receiving shipments upon arrival
  • Coordinate with local distributor for delivery, receiving, and timely data updates
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and stock counting per company policy or SOPs/WI
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Manager or relevant departments for updating SOPs/WIs/Annexes
  • Process stock inbound and outbound, sign related documents
  • Segregate and properly control expired, damaged, near-expiration, returned, recalled, rejected, or retention sample stocks
  • Document expired/damaged/near-expiration/returned/recalled/rejected/retention stocks, shortages, or overages accurately; notify QA via Warehouse Manager
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Manager on goods destruction and stock-taking
  • Coordinate with Quality staff to affix “yellow circle sticker” on retention sample products after transferring to “block” status in WMS
  • Ensure physical bin locations match inventory management system
  • Monitor temperature and relative humidity, including proper recording methods
  • Efficiently process returns section
  • Regularly coordinate with other departments on related functions
  • Monitor maintenance of Good Storage Practices
  • Provide support and handle warehouse audits internally and externally
