Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the receipt, unloading, verification, and recording of materials
  • Ensure that materials are stored under appropriate conditions and following FIFO/FEFO
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory control (inputs, outputs, and transfers)
  • Validate supplier and carrier documentation during the receiving process, considering safety rules
  • Coordinate the preparation, assortment, packaging, and shipping of finished products
  • Ensure that shipment deliveries are timely and correctly processed
  • Verify outgoing documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
  • Follow up with carriers and monitor shipments until delivery
  • Control, classify, and safeguard scrap material according to internal policies
  • Coordinate the proper disposal of material and maintain accurate scrap records for internal and external audits
  • Manage staff (roles, incidents, training, and performance)
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards in the area
  • Participate in cyclical and general inventories, ensuring accuracy and reliability
  • Ensure compliance with KPIs (inventory accuracy, on-time delivery of raw materials, internal customer service, and compliance with safety standards)
