Requirements

3+ years in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field, ideally in a supervisory role
Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in WMS, Microsoft Office, and data-driven decision-making
Strong verbal and written skills in English (Chinese highly preferred for cross-team collaboration)

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods
Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team through effective recruitment, training, and performance management
Conduct daily team briefings to align staff with targets and reinforce company values
Ensure adequate staffing and resource levels to meet fluctuating operational demands
Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Monitor operational KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, throughput, inventory accuracy) and implement improvements to drive efficiency
Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain workflow
Maintain compliance with all safety, security, and quality standards
Work cross-functionally with transport, HR, and customer service teams to support business goals
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other tools to optimize inventory control and space utilization
