Open availability with required shifts: 6am-12pm Sunday, Monday, Friday, and Saturday
Previous order fulfillment experience preferred
Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list
Moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area
Using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations
Operating equipment
Working within all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club
Carrying out job functions and responsibilities as assigned
Supporting the application of club policies, procedures, and compliance
Striving for flawless execution and holding self accountable
Delivering service excellence through all points of contact
Resolving and deescalating member concerns
Ensuring a safe and positive environment and experience for members
Daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA); Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean
Working as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily
Maintaining a clean and organized environment inside the OMNI Space
Organizing bin storage for members' orders based on gold standards
Regularly cleaning and maintaining storage bins based on safety standards
Processing member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list
Utilizing a handheld scanner device (RF) to pick orders
