Requirements

  • Able to lift and stack boxes weighing 20-110 lbs consistently
  • Able to work in temperatures ranging from -30°F to 100°F daily
  • Able to work outside in all weather conditions (rain, sleet, snow, extreme heat)
  • Able to walk, climb ladders, stand, bend, push/pull, reach, and stand on concrete for 8-10 hours daily
  • Able to work up to 10 hours daily, Monday-Saturday if necessary, on a 6-day schedule
  • Able to work rotating shifts: A (6:15am-7:30am start, 2:45pm-4pm end), B (2:30pm-5pm start, midnight-2am end), C (8pm-10pm start, 4:30am-6am end)
  • Willing to undergo background check if required
  • Provide social security number on application
  • Not a rehire candidate

Responsibilities

  • Lift boxed product from conveyors and stack onto pallets, including consolidating partial pallets
  • Operate equipment including inverter, stretch wrapper, power industrial trucks, and forklift
  • Load and wash out trailers
  • Follow all safety policies per plant expectations
  • Scan and label boxes, including maintaining inventory
  • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures
