Requirements

Able to lift and stack boxes weighing 20-110 lbs consistently
Able to work in temperatures ranging from -30°F to 100°F daily
Able to work outside in all weather conditions (rain, sleet, snow, extreme heat)
Able to walk, climb ladders, stand, bend, push/pull, reach, and stand on concrete for 8-10 hours daily
Able to work up to 10 hours daily, Monday-Saturday if necessary, on a 6-day schedule
Able to work rotating shifts: A (6:15am-7:30am start, 2:45pm-4pm end), B (2:30pm-5pm start, midnight-2am end), C (8pm-10pm start, 4:30am-6am end)
Willing to undergo background check if required
Provide social security number on application

Responsibilities

Lift boxed product from conveyors and stack onto pallets, including consolidating partial pallets
Operate equipment including inverter, stretch wrapper, power industrial trucks, and forklift
Load and wash out trailers
Follow all safety policies per plant expectations
Scan and label boxes, including maintaining inventory
Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures
