Requirements

Ability to work under general supervision using written work instructions
Capable of handling multiple tasks in a high-stress environment and meeting job requirements within requested time frames
Ability to work under direct supervision or utilizing written or verbal instructions and processes
Ability to operate lift truck, order pickers, or pallet jack for loading/unloading shelves/boxes
Maintain work orders minimum 150 lines per 7.4 hour day (20 lines per hour)
Availability for Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm shift plus mandatory overtime

Responsibilities

Load all components from zones onto conveyor for each work order (Material Handling)
Verify all pages of pick ticket and indicate status in ERP system (Material Handling)
Use pick ticket to positively identify material/components, verify count and unit of measure using calculator (Material Handling)
Pull pharmaceutical items/products with team leader or warehouse management member (Material Handling)
Replenish overages for zones 1-14 (Material Handling)
Follow departmental policies, procedures, objectives, and maintain safe working environment (Material Handling)
Maintain cleanliness in designated buildings and grounds areas, perform building maintenance as required
Segregate totes on conveyors and place in appropriate bin locations using pick ticket designation (Accumulator)
Read pick ticket to determine number of totes per zone, verify product placement in bins 1-10 (Accumulator)
Load components from accumulation bins 1-10 onto cart for each work order, bag small items (Accumulator)
Move carts to appropriate warehouse area (Accumulator)
Receive components from zones, annotate license plate by crossing out zone (Accumulator)
Place expiration products (red dot) on top shelf of cart for visibility (Accumulator)
Place license plate on front and back of accumulation cart (Accumulator)
Stamp right corner of DHR folder with accumulation date, write cart location/number of carts, circle Ready/Waiting (Accumulator)
Handle all missed accumulated items (Accumulator)
Load/unload pallets using lift trucks/pallet jacks (Palletizer)
Prepare pallets for shipping using shrink-wrap machine (Palletizer)
Write/print work order status information from computer (Palletizer)
