Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired
  • 1 – 2 years of previous keyboarding experience utilizing a keyboard to enter, retrieve and manipulate data
  • Previous data entry experience on a PC (preferred)
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Generate, clear flags and export orders in BFC Dakota in the truck builder for night shift selectors
  • Communicate with the routing department for special instructions on a nightly basis
  • Collate all labels, check-offs and load sheets for night shift operation
  • On a daily basis, complete all duties shown on the daily list
  • Track and record shipping statistics for the night shift on a nightly basis
  • Review catchweight data input for accuracy
  • Develop invoices for all routes
  • Collect and distribute all needed documentation for the transportation department
  • Adhere to all applicable good manufacturing practices (GMP), personal hygiene, and safe quality food (SQF) policies and procedures as described in the European imports – Sysco food safety training manual
  • Assist in product recalls as needed
