Requirements

High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired
1 – 2 years of previous keyboarding experience utilizing a keyboard to enter, retrieve and manipulate data
Previous data entry experience on a PC (preferred)
Basic Excel skills
Good communication skills
Currently authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Generate, clear flags and export orders in BFC Dakota in the truck builder for night shift selectors
Communicate with the routing department for special instructions on a nightly basis
Collate all labels, check-offs and load sheets for night shift operation
On a daily basis, complete all duties shown on the daily list
Track and record shipping statistics for the night shift on a nightly basis
Review catchweight data input for accuracy
Develop invoices for all routes
Collect and distribute all needed documentation for the transportation department
Adhere to all applicable good manufacturing practices (GMP), personal hygiene, and safe quality food (SQF) policies and procedures as described in the European imports – Sysco food safety training manual
Assist in product recalls as needed
