Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a technical or logistics-related degree is a plus
  • 0–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Basic understanding of warehouse or supply chain processes preferred, but not required—training will be provided
  • Knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practices
  • Working proficiency in Italian (mandatory) and English (preferred)
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and ability to learn warehouse management software
  • Highly organized, precise, and reliable
  • Eager to learn and develop professionally
  • Strong sense of accountability and teamwork
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods in an organized and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper labeling and storage of products and kits
  • Support daily warehouse organization, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficiency
  • Assist with preparing and loading shipments and managing logistics, including truck dispatches
  • Gradually take on increased responsibilities, including:
  • Supporting the Operations Team with structured warehouse management processes
  • Collaborating with the international sales team and foreign suppliers
  • Managing order entry and processing within the company’s systems
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
