Warehouse Associate/Driver (Elkridge, MD) at Dealer Inspire

The base pay starts at $21.00 per hour, with an opportunity to increase base pay after completing the first 45 days of employment. There is also a monthly incentive bonus based on individual contribution and warehouse team performance.

This is an on-site position in Elkridge, MD, involving warehouse work and driving duties. Schedules are primarily first shift Monday-Friday, varying based on business needs.

Requirements include being 21 years or older, valid driver’s license, ability to pass driver’s road skill test and DOT physical, good communication skills in English (bilingual a plus), and physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs. frequently and 90 lbs. occasionally, with continuous standing, lifting, bending, pivoting, and comfort at heights up to 25'.
