Requirements

Willingness to work 1st shift (Monday – Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm) or 3rd shift (Sunday – Friday 11:30pm to 7:30am)
Reliable, on-time attendance record
Ability to efficiently reach performance goals (Time Management)
Ability to work in an environment with changing temperatures based on season
Ability to work overtime when required
Eagerness to learn processes and procedures in multiple areas (Adaptability)
Ability to promote a culture of teamwork
Ability to properly perform quality checks
Focus on accuracy
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to perform a variety of clerical functions as needed
Understanding of basic math (Thoroughness)
Physical ability to frequently lift 1-29 pounds, infrequently lift 30-50 pounds
Physical ability to stand and walk on concrete/anti-fatigue mat consistently throughout shift
Physical ability to stoop, kneel, squat frequently throughout shift
Usage of required PPE and adherence to safety procedures at all times
Pass pre-employment background screening
Pass pre-employment drug screening
Pass post-offer medical questionnaire and receive clearance from Corporate Medical

Responsibilities

Safely perform material handling and warehousing processes in receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies
Operate handheld scanner to access and update information for receiving, counting, and order processing
Be trained on and operate order pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead hoists (not all positions)
Report defects and need for repairs
Perform housekeeping functions as required
Other duties as business demand changes
