The Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist will manage Walmart orders, process data accurately, ensure exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving order issues, handling refunds, updating inventory, and coordinating returns, as well as maintaining stock accuracy, updating inventory levels, synchronizing data across platforms, processing return requests, handling refund transactions, entering order details and customer information, communicating with suppliers and logistics partners, tracking Walmart account performance, reporting discrepancies, and optimizing workflows.
