We are building the fastest, most powerful customer support platform for the next generation of B2B companies. Some of the world’s most forward-thinking companies, like Stytch, Sanity, and Fly.io, rely on Plain to consolidate all the channels where they speak with customers, collaborate with their teams, and speed up their workflow with our lightning-fast UI. Plain is a company founded by two former designers; Matt and Simon. So design here is about much more than moving pixels around in Figma. It plays a central role in our company and how we build our product.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Framer and Figma
  • Intuitive sense for good copy and how it can effectively convey an idea
  • Experience working in product-led companies, ideally in SaaS
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS (basic understanding is beneficial)
  • Experience with video creation (desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Define and shape our visual identity across our web presence, marketing channels, and product.
  • Work closely with our marketer, Kate, in shipping – and iterating on – all our marketing initiatives big and small. This includes executing to a high standard across everything from Framer websites to sales collateral, social media assets and email campaigns.
  • Help us come up with creative ways to reach our audience.
  • Take ownership in ambiguity and thrive in a fast-moving product team.
  • Prefer working in the open and default to sharing early and often.
