Requirements

Candidates are required to possess 10+ years of experience in a relevant field and a High School Diploma, along with strong knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM. A VMware Certified Professional certification is also essential.

Responsibilities

The Virtualization Engineer will be responsible for designing and building virtual environment service models, including Infrastructure-as-a-Service and Platform-as-a-Service, identifying and implementing process improvements, automating manual processes, and optimizing application delivery. They will also design, implement, and maintain VMware vSphere virtualization infrastructure, analyze user requirements, incorporate new plans and designs, develop system architecture and documentation, interact with the Government regarding technical considerations, and ensure the technical integrity of work performed.
