Candidates must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish, and must reside in Costa Rica to be eligible for this position. Experience with video direction or production is required, along with familiarity with Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite. The ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-moving environment and strong time management skills are also necessary.
The Video Producer will remotely direct Public Sector meetings as scheduled, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and efficient delivery of meetings, ensure that video meets Granicus standards and delivers high-quality work to customers, and be responsible for reporting on trends and KPIs to leadership. Additionally, the Video Producer will take on additional duties as required by the business, including indexing content, conducting quality assurance checks, and supporting operational needs as they arise, while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring timely delivery of captions.
