  • Unusually strong work ethic
  • Thinks from first principles and focuses on core issues
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Comfortable with software such as Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, Fusion, Vegas, Natron, Final Cut, Nuke, etc

Responsibilities

  • Help customers succeed with Topaz Video AI through answering questions and creating tutorials, videos, and other documentation
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and own the process of implementing them
