Requirements

  • HBO-denkniveau and at least 3 years of relevant work experience at a larger media brand
  • Experience with filming and editing video productions
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and basic knowledge of After Effects
  • Keen eye for content and visual thinking; ability to instantly envision social media posts from audio or visuals
  • Knowledge of social media trends, regular online presence, and understanding of different platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Available 36 hours per week, flexible with working hours, and willing to work weekends occasionally
  • Energieke, creative videomaker with attention to detail and storytelling skills
  • Proactive and able to translate social media trends into strong content and high production quality

Responsibilities

  • Film videoseries, performances, and events, considering framing, lighting, and sound; direct independently based on scripts and manage on-camera talent
  • Edit standout radio moments into engaging shortform content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube that captivates from the first second
  • Collaborate with the online team to publish content with compelling titles, thumbnails, and texts
  • Participate in brainstorms with colleagues to generate powerful, creative content for Qmusic actions and fill the content planning
  • Work with Digital Content Creators to select and edit radio moments for various platforms
  • Collaborate with program makers to adapt radio ideas into compelling video content
  • Film performances in the band studio and edit them into attractive music videos
  • Join project groups for radio actions to elevate video content
