Responsibilities

The Vice President, Strategic Delivery Office is responsible for assisting in prioritizing and driving the company's business transformation agenda from program inception to enabling successful delivery execution across the organization. This includes mobilizing and aligning cross-functional efforts throughout the development cycle, executing plans and deliverables, ensuring organizational readiness, and managing the launch to maximize outcomes across all business units. The role involves leading research and development efforts to advance AI capabilities, leading the intake and onboarding process for submissions to be governed by the SDO, and collaborating with working group members to prioritize projects based on company objectives. Additionally, the position requires active participation in annual planning, governance, and processes such as portfolio review boards, and overseeing resource capacity planning processes to support quarterly objectives.
