Requirements

7+ years of multifamily or commercial construction experience
3+ years in a senior leadership role
B.S. in Construction Management preferred
Experience with construction management software required
Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and improve operations
Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills

Responsibilities

Lead operational strategy and execution across all construction projects
Champion organizational values and drive accountability using EOS/Traction principles
Align construction operations with business growth and client success
Build and lead a high-performing team aligned with the company’s people-first culture
Coach and mentor staff across all operational roles
Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and ownership
Ensure projects meet scope, budget, timeline, and safety/quality standards
Maintain strong client relationships with proactive communication and problem-solving
Ensure client satisfaction with every phase of project delivery
Serve as the company’s “Process Champion” to optimize workflows and system utilization
Maintain and refine operational systems, including construction management software
Monitor project and team performance to ensure alignment with company goals
