Requirements

  • 7+ years of multifamily or commercial construction experience
  • 3+ years in a senior leadership role
  • B.S. in Construction Management preferred
  • Experience with construction management software required
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and improve operations
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational strategy and execution across all construction projects
  • Champion organizational values and drive accountability using EOS/Traction principles
  • Align construction operations with business growth and client success
  • Build and lead a high-performing team aligned with the company’s people-first culture
  • Coach and mentor staff across all operational roles
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and ownership
  • Ensure projects meet scope, budget, timeline, and safety/quality standards
  • Maintain strong client relationships with proactive communication and problem-solving
  • Ensure client satisfaction with every phase of project delivery
  • Serve as the company’s “Process Champion” to optimize workflows and system utilization
  • Maintain and refine operational systems, including construction management software
  • Monitor project and team performance to ensure alignment with company goals
