Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive U.S. market access strategies to ensure broad and sustainable access to Azurity’s portfolio
  • Lead payer, PBM, GPO, specialty pharmacy, and IDN account strategies to optimize formulary positioning and contracting outcomes
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders (Commercial, Medical Affairs, Finance, Legal, Compliance) to align on pricing, reimbursement, and contracting strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with national and regional payers, government agencies, specialty pharmacies, and health systems
  • Negotiate and manage contracts across commercial and government channels, ensuring competitive positioning and compliance with all regulations
  • Set strategic pricing direction and ensure consistency across the portfolio
  • Monitor competitive dynamics, healthcare policy, and market trends to anticipate challenges and opportunities
  • Direct patient support and reimbursement programs to minimize barriers to access and improve the patient experience
  • Collaborate with HUB services, specialty pharmacies, and field reimbursement teams to deliver high-quality patient access solutions
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing market access team
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
