Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field including Physics
  • 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation
  • CFA Charterholder (license)
  • 6 years of experience managing people and vendor relationships (including financial institutions) in the financial services industry
  • 6 years of experience in Financial services in Securities Lending
  • 6 years of experience using SAP Business Object to conduct analysis and review business cases
  • 6 years of experience managing projects to global regulation standards (Including UCITs, BASEL Framework, 1940 Act, ERISA, 81-102)
  • 6 years of experience implementing and applying Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) investment guidelines and policies
  • 6 years of experience in European market conditions focusing on non-cash (i.e. asset backed) collateral and digital asset transactions
  • 6 years of experience participating in international industry wide working and advocacy groups such as ISLA
  • 6 years of experience using Python and SQL to analyse business opportunities and scale processes

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to successfully deliver initiatives for our business and clients
  • Work with leadership and other experts across the firm to develop product strategy and roadmap
  • Lead scoping and assessing the viability of initiatives, prioritization against resource constraints, and manage the alignment of initiatives across regional and global forums
  • Guide future product needs by building market-leading solutions for our clients ensuring scalability and process efficiency
  • Perform due diligence and brainstorm new ideas for initiatives
  • Coordinate initiatives from research to implementation, resolving issues to accelerate initiative delivery, and own partner engagement and awareness
  • Manage number of reports (may vary)
