The Vice President, Analytical Development requires a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, such as Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmaceutical Sciences, and possesses at least 15 years of experience in analytical development, with a strong preference for experience in the pharmaceutical industry. A Ph.D. in a relevant scientific field is highly desirable, and demonstrated leadership experience within a large, complex organization is expected.
This role involves providing strategic and technical direction across the entire product lifecycle, overseeing analytical method development and characterization, ensuring data integrity, setting strategies and developing long-range plans for all modalities, and aligning analytical control strategies with regulatory strategies. The Vice President will also lead analytical team leads, oversee data generation, and serve as a member of the Technical Development Leadership Team, ultimately driving alignment of near-term deliverables and long-range plans across PDM functions.
