Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Accounting-Teams in den Bereichen Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash sowie Credit Controlling für Deutschland, Österreich und Schweiz
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Abrechnungs- / Royalty-Teams für die GSA-Region
  • Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Shared Services Teams und Outsourcing-Prozessen sowie enge Abstimmung mit den Global Finance Teams in den USA
  • Teil des Führungsteams des CFO & COO Bereiches mit direkter Berichtslinie an CFO & COO Sony Music GSA
  • Umsetzung steuerlicher und handelsrechtlicher Anforderungen sowie Verantwortung für Betriebs- und Wirtschaftsprüfungen
  • Verantwortung für Cash Management
  • Verantwortung für alle Abläufe im Royalty- und Accounting-Bereich inkl. eingesetzter IT-Systeme mit Fokus auf Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierung
  • Mitwirkung und Leitung bei Finance-IT-Projekten wie bspw. Systemmigrationen, Verbesserungen, Einführung neuer Systeme
  • Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse und Teams, ausgerichtet auf Automatisierung bei gleichzeitiger Erfüllung aller Anforderungen in einem dynamischen und kreativen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Mitwirkung in M&A-Prozessen inkl. Leitung von Due Diligence und Beratung in Accounting und Tax sowie Steuerung externer Berater:innen
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Vertragspartner:innen im Abrechnungs-/Royalty-Bereich sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Labels von Sony Music GSA
  • Beratung der Geschäftsführung in allen Accounting- und Royalty-Themen
  • Gemeinsam mit VP Controlling & Reporting gesamthafte Verantwortung für den Finanzbereich
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Fachbereichen (Vertrieb, Rechtsabteilung), insb. mit Fokus auf Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse
