Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Accounting-Teams in den Bereichen Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash sowie Credit Controlling für Deutschland, Österreich und Schweiz
Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Abrechnungs- / Royalty-Teams für die GSA-Region
Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Shared Services Teams und Outsourcing-Prozessen sowie enge Abstimmung mit den Global Finance Teams in den USA
Teil des Führungsteams des CFO & COO Bereiches mit direkter Berichtslinie an CFO & COO Sony Music GSA
Umsetzung steuerlicher und handelsrechtlicher Anforderungen sowie Verantwortung für Betriebs- und Wirtschaftsprüfungen
Verantwortung für Cash Management
Verantwortung für alle Abläufe im Royalty- und Accounting-Bereich inkl. eingesetzter IT-Systeme mit Fokus auf Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierung
Mitwirkung und Leitung bei Finance-IT-Projekten wie bspw. Systemmigrationen, Verbesserungen, Einführung neuer Systeme
Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse und Teams, ausgerichtet auf Automatisierung bei gleichzeitiger Erfüllung aller Anforderungen in einem dynamischen und kreativen Arbeitsumfeld
Mitwirkung in M&A-Prozessen inkl. Leitung von Due Diligence und Beratung in Accounting und Tax sowie Steuerung externer Berater:innen
Ansprechpartner:in für Vertragspartner:innen im Abrechnungs-/Royalty-Bereich sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Labels von Sony Music GSA
