Responsibilities

Adviseren over verzekeringsproducten en kredietbemiddeling op mijnvergelijker.be, Spaargids en andere platformen
Inleven in klantvragen en bieden van advies op maat, inclusief verzekeringsvoorwaarden, vergelijken en afsluiten van verzekeringen
Bemiddelen bij kredietaanvragen en bieden van oplossingen passend bij financiële behoeften
Afhandelen van inkomende klantvragen via e-mail, telefoon en WhatsApp
Verwerken van verzekeringsaanvragen, kredietdossiers en polisdocumenten
Opvolgen van schadeclaims en onderhouden van contact met verzekeraars en kredietverstrekkers
