Responsibilities

  • Adviseren over verzekeringsproducten en kredietbemiddeling op mijnvergelijker.be, Spaargids en andere platformen
  • Inleven in klantvragen en bieden van advies op maat, inclusief verzekeringsvoorwaarden, vergelijken en afsluiten van verzekeringen
  • Bemiddelen bij kredietaanvragen en bieden van oplossingen passend bij financiële behoeften
  • Afhandelen van inkomende klantvragen via e-mail, telefoon en WhatsApp
  • Verwerken van verzekeringsaanvragen, kredietdossiers en polisdocumenten
  • Opvolgen van schadeclaims en onderhouden van contact met verzekeraars en kredietverstrekkers
