The role is based at the call center operations in Maslak on the European side of Istanbul.

Candidates need to be associate's or bachelor's degree graduates, have at least 1 year of call center experience, strong phone expression and persuasion skills, solution-oriented mindset, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs like Excel and Word, fast typing skills, ability to maintain effective relations with international partners, team-oriented with strong communication skills, and for male candidates, completed military service.
