Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
- Maintain a commitment to the company’s sales processes, values, and business ethics
- Process customer merchandise returns or exchanges appropriately and accurately
- Package or bag customer merchandise, personally carrying each bag to the counter
- Assist with product placement and adhere to marketing and visual merchandising standards
- Label, tag, or price merchandise
- Communicate professionally with customers, answering questions and sharing product features and benefits
- Comply with all policies and procedures
- Close with store recovery during shift and at closing, preparing the store for the next day
- Clean shelves, counters, tables, and floors, and the store in general
