Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
- Maintain a commitment to the company's sales processes, values, and business ethics
- Properly receive and replenish merchandise for customers
- Personally carry each bag to the counter for the customer
- Ensure products are correctly located and follow marketing and visual presentation standards
- Tag, mark, or price merchandise
- Communicate professionally with customers, answering questions and sharing product features and benefits
- Comply with all policies and procedures
- Complete store recovery during shift and closing, preparing the store for the next day
- Clean shelves, counters, tables, and the store in general
