Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in vehicle dynamics, chassis development, or ride & handling testing
  • Experience with data acquisition and analysis tools (e.g., CANalyzer, CANape, MATLAB, Diadem)
  • Working knowledge of vehicle control systems (ABS, ESC, steering, suspension)
  • Hands-on experience in proving ground or on-road testing
  • Familiarity with PLM tools, JIRA, and Agile methodology (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license (mandatory)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct vehicle dynamics evaluations on proving grounds and public roads to assess ride, handling, and stability
  • Support development and tuning of chassis systems such as suspension, steering, braking, and tires
  • Perform instrumented testing, data acquisition, and analysis to validate vehicle performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CAE, Controls, NVH, ADAS, etc.) to refine vehicle dynamics performance
  • Document test results and provide detailed engineering reports and recommendations
  • Support system-level problem solving and root cause analysis
  • Use simulation and analysis tools to correlate test and model results
