Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Veeva Vault (eTMF, CTMS, or other Vault Clinical Solutions) including Vault Loader for bulk data loads, metadata mapping and troubleshooting
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
On-site presence at the local ATC office in Chesterbrook, PA 2–3 times per week

Responsibilities

Support pre-release assessments, configuration reviews, and release coordination for Vault changes
Maintain configuration artifacts, including Configuration Specifications, Design Specifications, and security/access metrics
Triage, document, and track JIRA issues; perform technical impact analyses and escalate as necessary
Support AMS by troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues, performing root cause analyses, and coordinating fixes with Veeva
Prepare test accounts and assist with sandbox refreshes, snapshots, and test data setup/validation
Participate in review and approval of test cases and integration IQ/OQ artifacts for regulated changes
Lead CTMS data migration cleanup, reconciliation, and validation through advanced reporting and dashboards
Execute Vault Loader operations for bulk data imports/exports, develop mapping templates, and troubleshoot load errors
Support connector and integration implementation tasks (e.g., MuleSoft, SDK triggers)
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Vault REST API integrations, including authentication, error handling, and data transformations
Perform day-to-day administration of Vault environments, including user, role, and permission management; lifecycle configuration; document/folder structures; metadata schemas; and workflows
Create and maintain job aids, configuration change logs, and knowledge base articles
Provide training and support to clinical and operational users as needed
