Description: Wander is seeking a dedicated Vacation Rental Manager to oversee the care of 5-10 homes. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in vacation rental management, a proactive approach to preventative maintenance, a positive and uplifting attitude, and a genuine love for their work. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care for assigned properties, assisting with guest inquiries, and collaborating with local vendors.

Responsibilities
- Solely responsible for the care of 5-10 assigned homes.
- Scheduling preventative maintenance for each home.
- Coordinating with local vendors for repairs and maintenance.
- Submitting to insurance for any guest-reported damage.
- Contributing to internal databases with detailed home information, which will be utilized by AI language models to answer guest questions.
- Providing live support for guest inquiries that AI cannot resolve.
- Reviewing cleaning crew photos and inspector reports to ensure homes are meticulously cared for.
- Onboarding new cleaning crews and home inspectors as needed.
- Maintaining standards of excellence at your assigned homes.
