Requirements

Engineer with technical focus or equivalent experience
3–5 years of work experience, preferably in MedTech, product development, industry, or equivalent
Experience working in projects
Experience with risk management
Experience working with product requirements or product information (BOM, quality issues, statistics, etc.)
Structured and enjoys handling and coordinating large amounts of information
Takes ownership of tasks, plans, prioritizes, and drives processes forward efficiently without compromising quality
Team player and communicative in both speech and writing
Independent and accustomed to planning own work
Enjoys both theoretical and planning work (advantageous)

Responsibilities

Update requirements and risk documentation for products and identify project impacts on these
Plan verification, validation, and actions to ensure requirements are met and gaps against requirements or risks are mitigated
Reviewer and subject matter expert (SME) for design updates
Conduct risk assessments for production deviations, CAPA, post-market surveillance, etc
Review and approve verification and validation reports
Work in close collaboration with other functions on medical technology products such as lifting aids from Liko's product portfolio
