Requirements

3+ years of relevant UX experience (beyond internship)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design from a recognized design institute (e.g., NID, MIT, Pearl, Srishti, NIFT, etc.)
Strong team and collaboration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail, follow-through, and a zero-error attitude
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
Experience with prototyping tools: XD, Figma, InVision, and Principle
Understanding of design systems, UI patterns, and UI technologies
Experience in scoping, planning, and leading UX activities from initial requirements to concept, interaction design, and development
Ability to translate flows and user journeys into builds, naturally building IA and UX thinking into the design process
Experience managing design work as a project manager – timelines, deliverables, milestones, review schedules, governance, etc

Responsibilities

Play a key role in projects, responsible for designing outcomes and participating in client conversations
Perform hands-on work in projects, from early concept stages to detailed implementation
Support business development, including shaping and presenting proposals to potential clients
Mentor, support, and inspire other designers, potentially including those reporting to you
Develop our digital design capabilities, pushing the boundaries of the discipline and defining our standards of quality
Work in close contact with adjacent disciplines: design research, service design, business design, and technology
Collaborate with other Designits, clients, business, and technology experts to deliver high-quality products and services
Scope, plan, and lead UX activities from initial requirements to concept, interaction design, and development. Produce storyboards, scenarios, user flows, wireframes, design prototypes, and UI specifications
