Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand three key sub-functions: User Research, Product Analytics, and Market Research
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of both qualitative and quantitative research projects aligned with business goals
  • Provide actionable insights that validate current objectives and influence future roadmaps
  • Manage and scale the Insights Team: hire, mentor, and develop Researchers and Analysts while ensuring effective resourcing
  • Own the Insights Roadmap: prioritize projects, balance competing demands, and maintain excellence in execution
  • Champion data-driven decisions as the trusted voice of verified, research-based insights across the organization
  • Focus on three pillars: obtaining valuable information, creating meaning from that information, and leveraging it to influence decision-making
