Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in UX design, ideally with B2B SaaS products and AI features
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong foundation in interaction and visual design, with hands-on experience in prototyping, user research, and human-centred design principles
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, elegant designs
  • Experience working with design systems and company style guidelines
  • Proficiency in Figma (essential)
  • Excellent communication skills – comfortable presenting to and collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Portfolio of relevant work demonstrating your design thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Valid work permit for UK (mandatory)

Responsibilities

  • Create and rapidly iterate wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
  • Conduct and apply research on UX best practices for AI applications
  • Lead contextual user interviews and usability tests to validate design decisions
  • Collaborate with product stakeholders, business, and technology teams to solve design challenges
  • Support the QA process by ensuring design standards are met in implementation
  • Work with Nasdaq’s global design system and central design groups
  • Develop an understanding of business needs in areas such as Governance, Investor Relations, Sustainability, and Asset Ownership
