2 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or military environment OR a technical degree or diploma in a maintenance mechanical/electrical discipline
Experience with pressure steam plant operations
Experience with absorption/steam chillers operations
Ability to climb ladders

Ability to work in confined spaces, heat, and at heights

Operate and perform preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance/repair on high pressure boilers, turbines, high voltage generators, and auxiliary equipment at an on-site cogeneration plant that produces electricity
Perform maintenance on coolers, steam chillers, air compressors, water softeners, fire pumps, distribution equipment, and monitoring equipment, condenser water cooling towers
Troubleshoot equipment to find solutions; make repairs & modifications to equipment
Monitor control board and regulate equipment according to procedures and information obtained from recording and indicating instruments
Responsible for parts ordering and inventory
