Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties, maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation for members and team members
Gather and return carts/flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance to ensure ready access for members
Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance
Maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the club, including sales floor, offices, restrooms, outdoor grounds, and parking lot
Remove trash or debris from the parking lot, cart corrals, and exterior of the club
Ensure carts are well-stocked at the club entrance
Verify that all carts are in working order and clean; remove unsuitable carts
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns, and commit to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including grand opening look, stocked items, executed promotional plans, visible accurate signage, and clean/organized facilities inside and out
