Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties across all areas of the club, including sales floor, offices, restrooms, outdoor grounds, and parking lot
- Gather and return carts/flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance to ensure ready access for members
- Remove trash or debris from the parking lot, cart corrals, and exterior of the club
- Ensure carts are well-stocked at the club entrance and verify they are in working order and clean
- Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance
- Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation for members and team members
- Support club policies, procedures, and compliance; escalate concerns as appropriate
- Deliver GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and GOLD club standards daily, including grand opening look, stocked items, promotional plans, accurate signage, and clean/organized facilities
