Requirements

  • B.S or M.S in a technical field (Mechanics or equivalent)
  • 1 to 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
  • Ability to read technical drawings & documentation
  • Familiarity with BOD, BOP & lessons learned
  • Ability to utilize analytical tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to travel across EMEA up to 30%

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes
  • Maintain engineering documentation according to PDP/ADP
  • Coordinate prototyping activities from source to build with supervision
  • Analyze build results, draw conclusions, and implement changes
  • Provide input regarding component quality
  • Participate in DFMEA/PFMEA activities
  • Fulfill and lead machine tests, benchmarking, and provide input for ME quote
  • Review/correct test reports, draw conclusions, and propose changes
  • Define new test requirements and procedures
  • Lead simple problem-solving activities
  • Participate in the development of technical specifications for new devices and software
  • Conduct training for workers in manufacturing plants
  • Collaborate with suppliers
  • Stay abreast with market conditions & trends
