Requirements

  • Knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems), product specifications, and seasonality
  • Knowledge of Point of Sale systems, phone and in-person selling techniques

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales/service requests, educate associates on tools/tasks/resources, mentor new technicians, and develop interpersonal skills for safe/efficient customer service
  • Demonstrate expertise in safety/compliance, tire/battery guidelines, service standards, equipment, TPMS, products, and selling techniques
  • Leverage digital tools to plan/drive sales, improve service experience, elevate associate engagement, make immediate business decisions, adapt to new tools, and encourage team usage
  • Communicate equipment/tools/supplies needs to TBC Lead, track/monitor returns/special orders, operate cash registers/process transactions, work hands-on in physical area, maintain accurate inventory/audit safety/compliance, report complaints/hazards/problems, complete paperwork/logs/documentation, ensure proper merchandise packaging/labeling/storage, assist members with purchases, resolve issues/concerns
  • Act as brand advocate, value member experience, model high-quality service/products, influence/inspire respectful/supportive team-oriented work, assist in training, understand/remove roadblocks
  • Implement action plans using Open Door Policy, execute business processes/practices per policies/standards
  • Complete work assignments/priorities using policies/data/resources, collaborate with stakeholders, identify/recommend improvements, communicate progress, adapt to change/feedback
