Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Tire and Battery Center team to deliver on the business plan, communicate goals, set expectations, execute programs, and adhere to policies
  • Model expertise, share knowledge, train the team on processes, new products/technologies, and ensure they have necessary resources
  • Leverage digital tools for sales planning, service improvement, associate engagement, and real-time decisions on services/safety/products
  • Drive business results, operational excellence, maintain neat/clean/safe work area, proactive planning, order supplies, track returns/orders, staff/schedule, handle transactions, and work hands-on
  • Maintain accurate inventory, audits, safety/compliance; complete paperwork/logs/documentation; model member service
  • Train/develop team for effectiveness, monitor training completion, identify/develop talent, source new hires internally/externally
  • Develop/implement processes by collaborating, analyzing data, monitoring progress, addressing improvements
  • Promote compliance with policies/procedures/ethics, guide team application, implement action plans, assist with ethical issues
  • Lead/participate in teams: share resources, determine priorities, coordinate assignments, provide feedback/support, adapt to change
