Responsibilities
- Set up and configure various low voltage systems
- Run, terminate, and label cables according to project requirements and industry standards
- Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure system functionality and reliability
- Identify and resolve issues in low voltage systems to minimize downtimes
- Fix faults or damages in systems to restore optimal working condition
- Provide technical support to end users
- Train end users on operating and maintaining low voltage systems
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently
- Ensure all installations and repairs adhere to local, state, and federal regulations
- Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Generate reports on system performance, issues resolved, and maintenance activities
- Evaluate existing systems for upgrades or enhancements
- Perform system upgrades to improve performance or comply with new standards
- Work closely with technicians, engineers, and project managers for project completion
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs and provide solutions
- Lead and participate in teams by sharing resources, coordinating work, providing support, and adapting to changes
- Develop, communicate, and implement processes to meet business needs through collaboration and analysis
- Demonstrate, promote, and support compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity
