Requirements
- Ability to complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners
- Compliance with company policies, procedures, standards of ethics, and integrity
- Ability to perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on Walmart equipment (e.g., trailers) under direct supervision of a qualified shop technician, including creating/processing work orders, assessing needs, identifying parts/solutions, dismounting/installing tires, repairing flats, balancing tires, adjusting landing gear, replacing lights, and trailer door repairs following company and DOT guidelines
- Ability to seek approval for maintenance and repairs from qualified shop technicians
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with customers, suppliers, associates, and complete work orders, records, logs, and documents per procedures
- Ability to receive fuel drops, conduct fuel sampling, monitor drops for safety compliance, follow procedures for fuel additives, monitor tank levels, collect/prepare/ship fuel samples, and complete paperwork

Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on equipment like trailers under supervision, following company and DOT guidelines
- Create and process work orders, assess maintenance/repair needs, identify parts/solutions, select best solutions, and conduct specific repairs (e.g., tires, landing gear, lights, doors)
- Communicate progress, information, and recommendations for improvements; adapt to change/feedback
- Receive fuel drops, ensure safety compliance, monitor tank levels, handle fuel additives, collect/prepare/ship fuel samples, and complete paperwork
- Implement company policies/procedures/ethics via action plans and Open Door Policy
