Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and develop interpersonal skills for customer service
  • Track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage
  • Provide meat products to members by processing meat according to specifications
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
  • Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
  • Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, plan for profitability, and maintain work areas per policies
  • Ensure quality and standards for high-volume meat products, eliminate waste, secure fragile/high-shrink merchandise
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored
  • Act as a Talent Ambassador by advocating for the department, modeling high-quality service, executing basics at highest quality, interacting with associates to understand roadblocks, and assisting in training
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, standards of ethics, and integrity using the Open Door Policy
