Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources, track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage
- Provide meat products to members by processing meat, ensuring quality and standards for high-volume products
- Ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored
- Drive sales and business results, putting members first, and improve shopping experience using digital tools
- Maintain work area according to company policies, eliminate waste, and secure fragile/high-shrink merchandise
- Act as a Talent Ambassador by advocating for the department, modeling high-quality service, interacting with associates to address roadblocks, and assisting in training
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics using the Open Door Policy
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and adapt to change
- Embrace differences, create a culture of belonging, build team relationships, communicate positively, mentor others, and recognize contributions
