Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, resources, and customer service
- Track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage
- Provide meat products to members by processing meat (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping) according to specifications
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; adapt to new tools and encourage others
- Drive business results by committing to operational excellence, planning for profitability, eliminating waste, securing high-shrink merchandise, and assisting members with purchasing decisions
- Ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored
- Act as a Talent Ambassador by advocating for the department, modeling high-quality service, executing basics at the highest level, interacting with associates to understand roadblocks, and assisting in training
- Comply with company policies, procedures, standards of ethics, and integrity; use Open Door Policy
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and adapt to change
