Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in brand design for digital and physical experiences
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating taste, judgment, and craft, with proven success in creating brand identities and design systems for large-scale enterprises
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Figma
  • Bonus: Experience with Cinema 4D, After Effects, and other 3D/motion design software
  • Strong communication skills with a positive, solution-oriented, and collaborative approach
  • Ability to present concepts and campaign strategies through comps, storyboards, and visual narratives to influence decisions
  • Experience leading brand design work in fast-paced, high-stakes environments (in-house or agency)
  • Strong background in brand development, design, advertising, and art direction
  • In-house and agency experience with strong leadership skills and hands-on creative expertise

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the creative vision for design systems aligned with overall brand strategy and business objectives
  • Exhibit outstanding creative judgment, consistently raising the creative bar and pushing work beyond advertising into culture
  • Proactively identify problems and opportunities to extend campaigns
  • Act as an informed design expert and trusted partner to Creative Directors, providing recommendations that uphold brand integrity
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, marketing, production, and internal/external partners (including agencies) to implement design systems and extend creative elements for seasonal campaigns
  • Identify ways to improve workflow efficiency and speed
  • Interpret marketing briefs, ask clarifying questions, and consider all aspects of projects—concept, bandwidth, team needs, deadlines, and audience
  • Lead design direction and development of creative elements, including graphic design, branding and identity development, typography, design systems, digital and site design, motion design
  • Maintain a holistic view of the brand while perfecting details
  • Ensure consistent implementation of visual identity guidelines and best practices for brand attribution and impact
  • Stay current on industry, cultural, and technology trends
  • Apply practical AI tools in design execution and bring fresh, relevant references to shape creative work
  • Craft strategy-based big ideas rooted in human truths and translate them into experiences
  • Design systems that can connect a networked narrative
  • Maintain brand guidelines and build identities across a wide variety of platforms
  • Apply and maintain consistency of the 'visual world' for the brand, ensuring stories, voice, and business come to life cohesively
