Responsibilities

  • Lead executive communications strategy for Walmart’s Global Tech and Product leadership—crafting speeches, presentations, messaging, and social content that bring Walmart’s vision for technology, AI, and product innovation to life
  • Serve as a strategic counselor to senior executives (Chief Technology & Development Officer and EVP, AI Acceleration, Product & Design), helping them define their voice, shape priorities, and communicate with purpose and authenticity
  • Build and drive strategic alignment between Tech, Product, and business storytelling, ensuring a unified narrative across internal, external, and digital channels
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling stories that connect with associates, partners, and global audiences
  • Lead and develop a content team focused on strategic tech/product communications, executive content, and special initiatives
  • Partner across communications, HR, and business strategy teams to align messaging and strengthen associate connection to Walmart’s mission and vision
  • Develop events and visibility strategies that amplify key leaders on global stages—defining messages and formats that resonate with internal and external audiences
  • Operate with curiosity and creativity, leveraging AI tools, data, and insights to modernize how we create and measure content
