Responsibilities

  • Work with engineering to implement, document, validate, and monitor logging and metrics
  • Craft simple, dependable data pipelines and automated reporting to surface metrics
  • Identify, translate, prioritize, and inform important product questions with data
  • Design, build, and maintain ETL pipeline of analytical data warehouse
  • Explore data to find actionable insights and make product recommendations through funnels, long-term trends, segmentation, and more as necessary
  • Design and build intuitive dashboards and generate daily reports
  • Work with a collaborative team made up of engineering, UX, product management, along with web and technology evangelists, to rapidly iterate new products and site features at scale
  • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions applying data modeling, SQL, and data warehousing skills
  • Help design and drive meaningful improvements and optimizations for the checkout experience
  • Own and optimize automated data pipelines to ensure reliable, timely, and scalable delivery of insights across the business
  • Transform massive, complex datasets into lean, high-performance structures tailored for use in dashboarding tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Design visually compelling, executive-facing dashboards that inform key weekly and monthly business reviews across leadership teams
  • Build dashboards that act as decision accelerators — helping stakeholders quickly identify gaps, outliers, and the next best action
  • Introduce process rigidity and governance to ensure repeatability, transparency, and reduced friction across analytics workflows
  • Develop tools to detect and communicate anomalies and trend shifts, enabling faster root cause analysis and reduced time-to-remediation
  • Drive a culture of data storytelling, turning complex signals into clear, actionable narratives that influence strategy
